The original license was issued from 1989 until 1999. That license was produced on paper and the holders Social Security Account Number was on it. The license in the picture was ssued in 2001. It will have been continually reissued till 2022.Then it will be reissued.
To work and retain this license there is a level 3 Federal background check conducted every 3 years.When working with this license there are many random drug test taken.
