  Originally issued in 2001. To get this license you have to take and pass a psychological evaluation, shoot a passing score at the firearms range, pass a Federal level 3 background including your military records and demonstrate the state required knowledge required to get the license issued. To get the license  reissued you have to pass a Federal level 3 background, requalify buy shooting a passing score at the firearms range and demonstrate that you have the knowledge required by the state of Florida.
